Agreement to terms.

By opting in to Cornerstone’s text messaging program, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Cornerstone Insurance Agency regarding your insurance quotes, policy service, renewal reminders, appointment confirmations, and other agency-related communications.

Consent
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving any other service. You may receive the same information through alternative communication channels.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Supported Carriers
Our text messaging program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Cornerstone is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations, network outages, or device compatibility issues.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you have requested. You may receive up to several messages per month related to your active quotes, policies, and renewals.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content, or to interfere with our systems or services.
